Mask Machine

Use of KN 95 mask machine:

This production line is mainly composed of a cloth feeding device, a nose clip assembly device, shape welding  device, character 

welding device (optional) equipment, a pad printing equipment (optional), ear belt welding equipment, and a breathing valve 

(optional) , Sponge strip assembly equipment (optional):folding, sealing, profiling die cutting, blanking five parts

combined. This equipment is a special equipment suitable for the production of folding KN95 masks. Multi-layer PP spunbond 

non-woven fabric, activated carbon, filter cotton can be used. The whole machine from raw material feeding to shape welding, 

nose line insertion, breathing valve, sponge strip assembly, cutting edge banding and finished product are all in one line. 

Automatic operation, according to different raw materials used and different configurations selected (character welding , 

Pad printing, breathing valve installation, sponge strip assembly are optional) can reach different standards. 

This equipment only needs one operator to supplement the  supply of production materials and the receipt of finished products,

which can realize automated production.

Applicable materials for this equipment::

1. Original piezoelectric ceramic transducer in Japan, with strong and stable power output.
(1) Roll material (width 260mm-280mm, 260mm width is recommended);
(2) Ear strap (width 4mm, need roll material) nose clip (width 4mm, need roll material);
(3) Nose clip (width 4mm, need roll material);
(4) Sponge strip: length x width = 90mmX11mmX4mm (optional);
(5) Suction valve: opening size 22MM, length 42MM and width 37MM (optional);
(6) Mask body (this machine can produce samples):
